1. Eat foods like egg, salmon, walnuts which have omega-3 fatty acids, proteins, fibres to ensure your hair health. Also add curd which is rich in Vitamin D into your food intake.

2. Avoid oiling your hair rigorously as it may weaken your hair roots. Massage very little oil into your scalp with the help of your fingertips. It’s best to warm your oil a little before applying it into your scalp.

3. Do not shampoo your hair often because of the humidity. Restrict your hairwash to just twice or utmost thrice a week.
