Today, we welcome Teenu who runs a beautiful blog called “My Bathroom Mirror“ to Baggout. Getting straight to the interview
BG- Tell us something about yourself. Which three words would describe you best?
Teenu- I love life and everything to do with enjoying it! I adore reading, cooking, writing, dancing, sketching amongst many other hobbies I dabble in. Family means the world to me and right now my life revolves around my baby boy. I am a believer and always, always, always promote happy endings 🙂
The 3 words that would be best describe me are: Creative, Organized and Funny
BG- How would you describe your blog in one sentence?
Teenu- Hard hitting reality made digestible with a tickle me silly chill pill.
BG- How long have you been blogging? What do you like most about blogging?
Teenu- www.mybathroommirror.blogspot. com by God’s grace has been around for 5 years and counting!
This blog started out with a little push from Merlin, a friend of mine. We were ranting about stupid marriage proposals that came for us and we wished we could tell the whole world about such people. So she goes “why not write a blog?” And I go “ok!” And the rest is history.
I love blogging because believe me it is such a release! There are so many things I want to express to the world and find writing the best way to do so.
BG- What is your Favorite Online Shopping Destination?
Teenu- Flipkart.com is my all time favorite online shopping destination. I love their selection of books! I am such a book worm!
BG- What was your first purchase using your own money?
Teenu- A then gorgeous pair of faded, bootcut jeans from Levis. It was such a proud moment!
BG- What is your Craziest Purchase in last three months?
Teenu- I bought a truckload of onesies for my little one. Kept them around for a bit waiting for the cold season to arrive. Tried them on him the 3rd month and they wouldn’t even fit his arm. Any new mums out there? You wouldn’t have to buy your babies clothes for a whole month!
BG- If you were shipwrecked on a desert island what five items would you want with you?
Teenu-
- A lighter
- A “How to survive” book
- A knife
- Dry food and water to last for a few days
- A laptop and a dongle? (Sure makes everything else above kind of redundant eh?)
BG- How do you think can Baggout help you while shopping online?
Teenu- What I liked best about Baggout is the compare and buy option. There are so many sites assembled at one point, it helps make comparisions between products and prices so much simpler. An apt tool for any Indian consumer.
BG – Thanks Teenu for your interview. I hope our users will like it!!!
With Lots of Love
