Today, we welcome Nivedita who runs a beautiful blog called “LimeGreenWalls” to Baggout’s series on “Interviews with Style Divas”. She is from Mumbai and writes on Lifestyle and Decor. Getting straight to the interview – 

BG – Tell us something about yourself. Which three words would describe you best?

Nivedita – I’m an obsessive writer/ blogger, a house proud Mom and Trend spotting is my hobby.

BG –  How would you describe your blog in one sentence?

Nivedita -An intimate repository of things dear, beautiful and personal.

BG – What is your Favorite Online Shopping Destination?

Nivedita -I have shopped on Jabong and Flipkart. Flipkart being my favorite so far!

BG – Five beauty essentials in your bag.

Nivedita – I am not a makeup person but I constantly need to moisturise myself. My essentials would be a Lip balm, a lip gloss in Natural tone, black Kaajal,  Hand moisturiser, a Deo.

BG – Five wardrobe essentials you cannot live without.

Nivedita – My style is a bit bohemian though I still love being in structure in my basic Blue denim.

• White top/ shirt ( as many as I can have).
• A lose kaftan top to wear over any sheer inner/ swimwear.
• A well tailored blouse in golden hue ( to match my sarees on most occasions).
• A pair of comfortable heels in nude.
• And yes jewellery – junk, beads, silver, every type!

BG – If you could peak into someone’s wardrobe, whose wardrobe would it be and Why?

Nivedita – That would be Dèepika Padukone’s. Wow, have you seen her?! effortless, in her skin, gorgeous cuts and textures coupled with just the right hairdo – never too much nor too little!

BG – What is your Craziest Purchase in last three months?

Nivedita – None, though I got some of my gorgeous scarves and silk dupattas converted into shrugs and kaftans. And wondered why I didn’t do that sooner – crazy impulse, gorgeous outcome!

BG – If you have to do your own fashion show, who would you like to invite as a showstopper?

Nivedita – Dèepika Padukone ( yes I am a bit obsessing about her right now!)

BG – One fashion tip every woman should follow?      

Nivedita – Know your body type intimately and maximise your style with that.

BG – What does Baggout mean to you?

Nivedita – I got introduced to  Baggout recently and somehow assumed that the site is selling Bags. A scroll down the products & range – the selection looks tasteful, well laid out and some that I would certainly want to try out!
