Today, we welcome Stephen who runs a beautiful blog called “The Solitary Writer“ to Baggout. Getting straight to the interview
BG – Tell us something about yourself. Which three words would describe you best?
Stephen– There is nothing interesting about me. Just that I am a analyst by profession and blogger by passion. Writing is something which I love. Ingenious, Creativity and story -telling is something which would essentially describe me.
BG- How would you describe your blog in one sentence?
Stephen- It’s a creative outlet which serves as a storage repository of my creative works – stories, poetries, photographs, short films etc.
BG- How long have you been blogging? What do you like most about blogging?
Stephen- I have been blogging since 2006. I should admit that the best thing I love about blogging is that I have met lots of interesting bloggers through blogs. Some of them have turned out to be great friends. This is something which you get only through blogs. Blogging and Bloggers are something which means something to me. 😉
BG- What is your Favorite Online Shopping Destination?
Stephen- I had been a great fan of Flipkart but lately I have been exploring shopclues.com too. They are good in their own ways.
BG- What was your first purchase using your own money?
Stephen- It was way back in 2010 that I earned my first salary. I gifted my mother a kanjeevaram sari, father a wrist watch and my little sister an apple shuffle. It was special for me as I no longer had to be depended on my parents and that was memorable too.
BG- What is your Craziest Purchase in last three months?
Stephen- Books, Books and lots of Books 😉
BG- If you were shipwrecked on a desert island what five items would you want with you?
Stephen- Mobile phone, chargers, clothes, food, books
BG- How do you think can Baggout help you while shopping online?
Stephen- Baggout seems to be a good initiative. It is new and the concept is different. Of course in this era of online shopping any shopper would feel good to earn cashbacks and discounts. This is something which would be very useful and helpful.
BG – Thanks Stephen for your interview. I hope our users will like it!!!
