Interview Of Mehak Siddiqui, An Awesome Blogger

Today, we welcome Mehak  who runs a beautiful blog called “Sempiternal Scribbles“ to Baggout. Getting straight to the interview

BG- Tell us something about yourself. Which three words would describe you best?

Mehak- A bit of a misanthrope and recluse, I enjoy my own company and that of books. Quiet, thoughtful and individualistic are the three words that sum me up best.

BG- How would you describe your blog in one sentence?

Mehak- Random snatches of prose and some amateur poetry from the recesses of my mind and heart.

BG- How long have you been blogging? What do you like most about blogging

Mehak-For almost seven years! Though there have been lots of breaks in between. I blog because I love getting other bloggers’ opinions on my writing. Plus, it’s also an outlet for my often convoluted thoughts and feelings.

BG- What is your Favorite Online Shopping Destination?

Mehak- I don’t have a favorite – I enjoy browsing all the sites to find just the right product.

BG- What was your first purchase using your own money?

Mehak- My old Nokia Xpress Music mobile phone! I was so excited to be finally getting a phone which could play music. Plus, it was red – my favorite color. Even though I now have a smart phone, first purchases out of your own money always hold special value!

BG- What is your Craziest Purchase in the last three months?

Mehak- I bought a Kindle Paperwhite and still can’t believe I did. It’s crazy because I used to think that e-books take away the real pleasure of reading since you can’t touch the pages or smell their musty scent. And I kept worrying I was making a useless purchase because I could buy a tablet instead, which would allow me to do so much more than simply read. But the Kindle has changed my life – I’m reading more than ever now and would advise any avid reader to at least give e-books a chance before writing them off!

BG- If you were shipwrecked on a desert island what five items would you want with you?

Mehak- My Kindle (fully charged so it could last me a few weeks! :P), a notebook, a pen, (so I can write about the experience as it happens :P), drinking water, and sunscreen!

BG- How do you think can Baggout help you while shopping online?

Mehak- It can direct me to the best deals available on whatever I’m looking to buy. That would save me all the time of individually browsing all the sites to find the best price. J

BG – Thanks Mehak  for your interview. I hope our users will like it!!!

With Lots of Love
