Nowadays, in the world of internet everything has become very professional and perfect in nature. To achieve that perfection there must be people who can test and check the product so as to give its review. It is being applied to mainly beauty products as the skin on which the beauty products are to be used is very sensitive. The review is necessary as which skin tone will match with which product so that it can be judged and used accordingly. Here is the list of top 15 blogs in India which have reviewed the skin care, beauty products, eating joints, books and food items alike:

Power is channelled via an 8 speed tiptronic transmission linked to Quattro permanent all wheel drive. It accelerates to 100 kph in 5.9 seconds and pulls till an electronically limited top speed of 155mph. Combined fuel consumption and emissions stand at upto 47.9 mpg. And CO2 emissions of 155g/km in the standard wheel base rising to 159g/km and 47.1mpg for long wheel base models.

Shivangi Sinha has reviewer a writer, a photographer and reviewed restaurant ‘Yauatcha, Vasant Kunj, Delhi’. It is a Michellin starred, voted among the top 50 restaurants in the world. It is located on level 2 of Ambience Mall. It has a warm but very sophisticated feel to it. It is massive with many tables. They serve the best dimsums of Delhi. The balance of flavours, freshness and distinct taste of each is the high point of this. The main dish was perfectly steamed, flaky and elevated and was exceptional. They also serve French desserts. If you are a lover of Chinese food then it is a good place to visit.

‘Themed outlet in Hauz Khas village launched by Beer Cafe’- It is located in the main lane of village. It has the perfect blend of modern cafe with European charm. It is the first of its kind. It has a homely and comfortable feel with blue interiors. There were a few beer options sangria and variety of cocktails to choose from. There was a lot of choice in food too- live pasta corner to shawarmas to fish fry. The food was divine. It also has an exciting terrace seating.

3. Thou Shalt Cook!!

Pallavi has reviewed a restaurant Alfredo’s in Thane west of Mumbai. It is in Viviana Mall. It has lambretta on the wall, red brick wall finish, cosy seating, posters and caricatures. As far as the food is concerned, she had Nachos, salad with smoked chicken breast with pomegranate chilly salsa and fettuccine con pesto Genvese, paneer shashlik sizzler with BBQ sauce, Roast chicken pepper sauce sizzler and penne pasta in mixed sauce. Some of the dishes were excellent and some not. Overall, a place you can think to dine in.

4. The Bibulous Bibliobiuli

Pankaj Goyal has reviewed a book ‘Mrs. Mc Ginty’s dead by Agatha Christie’- It is set in the English countryside and is a typical murder mystery. Its story involves many colourful characters. It has an interesting wit and comic detail.

The next book is ‘The Sittaford mystery by Agatha Christie’- It is an appealing book with interesting characters. The characters of this book have been crafted brilliantly. The inclusions of super natural elements create charm in otherwise mysterious atmosphere. This is an excellent read which can be cherished at any time. The storyline has a perfect jigsaw mystery which leaves you hanging until the end when all is explained.

‘The Demonic Hound of the Baskervilles by Sherlock Holmes’-This contains horror fiction. Sherlock Holmes is created by Scottish author and physician sir Arthur Conan Doyle. The mystery is embedded in lowlands of English moors. It is one of the brilliant detective books ever.

‘From where I see by Ajay yadav’- This book deals with various issues of society in the backdrop of murder mystery. He has chosen religion as a theme. His vast knowledge of world religion, immense erudition, and his ability to handle various myths and symbols with ease, his lyrical and descriptive talent and experimentation with form and style together enables him to express himself fully and satisfactorarily. The discussion on religion ranges from the start to its present state. He has tried to take out the essence of all religions.

‘Luv.net by Bharti Mohan’- It is a romantic tale of two youngsters. It is set in the era of internet chatting with Yahoo etc .messenger. We find serious topics like environment, cleanliness, women empowerment, female foeticide, cast system. The author has intertwined these topics carefully in the main story line.

5. Review of Restaurants

Nitin Kandhari reviews ‘Cubbon Pavilion ITC Gardenia Bengaluru’-It celebrated Bengali food festival with full traditional flavours and fervour. He enjoyed both vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies served and shared the same with images. The whole Indian section was converted to serve Bengali dishes.

The next in his list is ‘Karavalli, Gateway Hotel, Bangalore’- It celebrated 25 glorious years of             its inception with 25 classic and signature dishes.  It’s been a great and consistent experience for him to dine in this. He enjoyed both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes served to him.

‘1st Bombay Irani Cafe soda Bottle openerwala’- It opens 24×7.Its very difficult to get seats during lunch and dinner hours. It serves Parsi delicacies and specialities with Irani specialities. It has all day dining menu with something suiting the time of the visit. The beverages are competitively priced.

‘The Shiro collection Dimsum festival Bangalore’- It was serving more than 40 dimsums to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Their service and variety of tea was complimentary and the beauty/ambience of the place was very beautiful.

‘Raj Pavilion, ITC Windsor, Bangalore’- It served street food of the world in which Mexican and Malaysian delicacies were served. The food served was elegant and tasty delicacies from the street food worldwide.

It may be too dry and matte for dry skin but can be mixed in equal proportion with moisturizer to apply. It takes time for blending in, take full advantage to enjoy texture and wear ability. It has a beautiful full coverage, natural finish and wears for really a long time.

‘Colorbar perfect match primer’ is great to start with and is reasonable. It has a hassle free packaging and is easily available. It prolongs the wear time of especially the eye makeup and keeps the face looking fresh all day.

‘Borjois Levres Contour Lipliners Enjoleuse and Rouge Soyeux, Swatches’ are drying and so long lasting. These are available in lovely colours. Enjoleuse is a light pink shade having neutral undertones. It is much pigmented and covers lip pigmentation. Rouge Soyeux is silky red. It is a bright pinky red with a subtle blue undertone.

‘Ginerva Olive oil hair cream’ has got good ingredients for smoothing hair and making it less frizzy.

It has an exfoliating texture so while washing you have to massage like a face wash. It leaves a glow on the skin, tightens it, diminishes blemishes, leaves the skin drier and feels cool. ‘Ananda spa Sandalwood and rose light moisturizer for normal and dry skin’- It is creamy but light weight, easily melts into the skin, has a strong rose scent. Skin will become smooth and well hydrated. ‘Cuccio Naturale butter blend-hydrating butter for hands, feet and body’-Its ‘Tuscan citrus herb’ variant has a light green colour and fresh citrusy scent. It has a thick texture, melts into the skin and doesn’t feel greasy. It makes hands and cuticles buttery smooth.’ Cuccio colour nail polish in the shade ‘Gala full size’- It is gorgeous glittery blue colour, runny texture and needs two coats for full opacity. All good scents EDT-Sample of smooth variant is a bit non traditional and has a good smell of men’s perfume. All the sample sizes are decent. Except nail polish, every product is skin care related. The face mask, moisturiser, nail polish and butter are of very good quality.

These are sulphate, mineral oil, alcohol, artificial colouring, animal sourced ingredients, triethanolamine, benzophenone. It is very effective in hydrating the skin. It overall rejuvenates the skin and leaves it looking great with a slight glow. The effect lasts for 2-3 days. Keeping it on skin for a longer time doesn’t have any adverse effect.

‘Dao is the latest entrant in Thai food in GK-I N block market. The interiors are soothing with a royal touch. It has a good ambience and sophisticated food. It serves very good dimsum, refreshing drink and stir fried noodles among other delicacies.

‘Nagaland’s Kitchen’- It is situated in Green Park market near Uphar Cinema. It hosts a live Music band every Wednesday and caters to Naga, Chinese and Thai cuisine. Their soup was like a warm broth. Appetizer was one of the best dishes of prawn. You can have one of the best country chicken here. Vegetable bamboo shoot with tofu is the best dish of this place.

‘The California Boulevard- LA’s rodeo drive’- It has the same entry as IFFCO chowk metro station at Gurgaon. It is spread in two floors and is decorated with posters, artworks etc. Its menu has a old dishes with little modifications. It has got new dishes from around the world also. It has a great Paneer dish, salmon and a great dessert.

10. Phantom Delight

Lakshmi has reviewed dresses like ‘sequin crop top’- this comes in five colour variants, ruffle jacket is available in various hues, prints and textures. These are available in multiple colour variants with ruffled hem. Bow belt looks wonderful with trendy elasticised maxi. Vintage floral print jacket looks great for keeping in wardrobe. Stone motif box clutch can be styled with plethora of options. Celadon hued messenger bag is a good option as it makes hands free. This is available in half a dozen of colours.

11. Fantastic Feathers

Mahathi Ramya has reviewed a telugu movie ‘Bahubali’- In it, the model of the Mahishmati kingdom, visuals and waterfall effects are awesome. Its soothing music is a treat for ears. Excellent action and dialogue delivery by the lead pair Rana and Ramya Krishna extends its beauty. It has explained war strategy in a simpler way.

12. Papad Chai

Pushpa Moorjani reviews a restaurant’ Edzo’ at ‘Sherman ave, Evanston’. Burgers and sandwiches are part of American cuisine. The chef flavours sausage with cheese or chilli for making tasty hotdogs. He roasts patties on the girdle for making hamburgers. Hamburgers of different combinations with chicken/pork, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, cheese are made and served. Amazing variety of fries is available like buffalo fries with buffalo sauce, cheese and celery. Crazy fries with chilli, cheese and chopped onions. Angry fries with four kinds of sauces. Truffle fries with truffle, salt parmesan. The burgers are handmade for every diner.

The next review is of ‘Lou Malnati’ in ‘Chicago’ which is famous for creative pizzas. One wall is adorned with autographed basket ball as it was dedicated to them. It is famous for malnati salad which contains green, crunchy, sweet and sour salad of romane lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, mushrooms, crumbled salami, gorgonzola cheese and sweet flavours of vinegar and romano cheese. Dish pizza had a thick layer of mozzarella cheese on a thin crust with mushrooms, onions, sausages sunk into layers of cheese. It was topped with fresh tomato sauce and sprinkled with cheese and spices.

13. Vanya’s Notebook

Sharanya has reviewed a novel-‘All yours stranger by Novoneel chakraborty’. The cover of the book catches attention. The colour combination and the photograph fit in perfectly with the flow of the book. It is wickedly plotted. The stranger has an intention which is not revealed yet. The character of Rivanah is just like a normal simple girl. It is a story worth reading. The dialogues, especially of the stranger are very thrilling. This book will leave you speechless but the end is abrupt.

14. Zig Zac Mania

Anjali Sengar reviews ‘Lakme Clean up Clear pores face Mask with green Tea extracts’. This is more effective with ‘Lakme cleanup pores face wash’ and ‘scrub’. You have to apply its even layer and leave it for 20-25 minutes then rinse it thoroughly. It is very easy to wash this face pack. It reduces oil and dirt without draining out the moisture. It makes skin smooth, soft and glowing and tightens the pores temporarily. It is a decent face pack for oily combination but it is not suitable for dry skin.

15. Life : A roller coaster ride

Sparkling Aura reviews a movie ‘Amy’. It is a documentary film about singer- songwriter Amy winehouse directed by Asif Kapadia. The film shows her complete life. It features some archival footage and unheard tracks. It has her family members and friends also sharing their experiences.

Ang Lee- A successful director and his story- His film ‘Life of Pi (2012)’ won Academy award.

‘And The Mountains echoed’- Crossing generations and continents Khaled Hosseini writes about the bonds that define and shape our lives and how our choices resonate through history. He is blessed to write in a way that touches heart and soul. He wonderfully describes characters, their feelings and struggles in the story. He is a terrific story teller.

The first movie trilogy-‘Before Sunrise, Before Sunset and Before Midnight’ has good scripts and characters. It is very different from other movies. It’s about thought, ideas, decisions and consequences. The characters are just talking, not delivering dialogues. The director is Richard Linklater. The lead actors are Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy. All the three films are interconnected like before sunset picks up the story after nine years after the events of before sunrise and similarly before midnight picks up the story after the events of before sunset. This way changes in the overall personality of characters and depth of the story can be felt.

‘A walk to remember’- It is a novel and a movie. The novel is written by American author Nicholas Sparks and the movie is directed by Adam Shankman. The movie is a sweet, simple love story. Shane West and Mandy Moore did their roles perfectly. The story line is very good.
