Chhillar was conceived in Rohtak, Haryana. Her Dad, Dr. Mitra Basu Chhillar, is a researcher at Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO), while her mom, Dr. Neelam Chhillar, is a partner teacher and division head of neurochemistry at the Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences.
Chhillar learned at St. Thomas’ School in New Delhi and is seeking a restorative degree at the Bhagat Phool Singh Medical College in Sonipat. So I think the profession of highest respect and salary should be that of a mother.”
