2. Yoghurt:

Yoghurt, sour cream and other dairy products do not contain only protein but also the lactic acid which cleanses your hair while fat in the dairy moisturizes it. It is a great homemade protein treatment for hair which brings back shine in your hair. And to create a homemade protein conditioner add some egg into your yoghurt mixture.

3. Avocado:

To get the best results for your hair, use avocado as a natural protein treatment ingredient. Avocado does not consist protein and nutrients but the high-fat content has great benefits when applied to hair. Avocados repair hair damage, strengthen hair strands and make hair less dry and prone to the brokerage. Using mashed Avocado with egg yolk will be even more helpful for your hair.

4. Coconut Oil:

Coconut is rich in healthy fats and proteins that works as a great natural protein treatment for hair. Applying a mask of coconut oil to your hair that can provide a deep moisturizing treatment that can give you the best results.

5. Banana Hair Mask

Bananas are rich in proteins, vitamins and healthy fats. Your body loves banana as much as you love it. Try consuming bananas regularly to get some long term benefits.

A banana mask is extremely nourishing for the hair. You can add egg and yoghurt to the banana mash as they contain an enormous amount of protein and healthy fats which will make your hair healthier and less prone to damage.
