Being in stress and weight gain can be an issue. But, being in stress and cravings for pizzas and sweets can be worrying signs for others.
It’s not about how fast they’ve been putting on weight. It’s about how they’re keeping up with their taste buds.
Someone, who’s anxiety weight gaining, they may find lots of problems to understand whether they have cravings or is it just hunger.
Hence, it is highly recommended to control cravings about whatever they want to eat. They must always eat in limits.
