Silk is also another popular material available. It is also the most durable and strongest natural material. This fabric is well-known for its smooth, luxurious, and soft touch looks. This material is not only used to make Saris but wedding gowns as well as evening gowns and Pakistani formal dresses.  Compared to other types of natural fibers, silk is more expensive.

  1. Georgette

Georgette is also one of the most common materials used to make Pakistani dresses. It is lightweight with a dull appearance. It is slightly heavier than chiffon. Georgette is in a very high demand in the fashion industry. Most designer clothes are usually made from Georgette. 

  1. Chiffon

Chiffon is an incredibly cheer and lightweight, and light woven fabric. It is originally manufactured from silk. It is also smoother than Georgette. Chiffon can be dyed to any color, making it commonly used to make sarees, gowns, and evening wear.

  1. Velvet

Velvet is a smooth and soft fabric. It is a very luxurious and shiny. Velvet fabric comes in different textures and qualities, ranging in various prices from low to high. 

  1. Crepe

Crepe is twisted weave material. It is one of the best materials because it doesn’t crease or wrinkle easily. This material is very soft, comfortable to wear, and easy to care. Crepe is one of those fabrics that are rich in texture and style. It also comes in various weight and capacity.

  1. Satin

Another material commonly used to make Pakistani fancy dresses is satin. This fabric is originally made from silk. Satin is a very soft material and easier to keep clean, making it ideal to be for skirts, dresses, wedding dresses, ties, inner lining, etc.
