Dia mirza starts her day with small and filling diet plan. She believes that one should keep its fat, carbs, and sugar low.
She is a die hard fan of fresh juices and avoid oil and spices! She believes that, fruits and juices are just enough to keep her fresh and alive. That’s all she love to take for the breakfast! Oil and spices are the things she strictly ignore specially early in the morning not even for the breakfast!
Day start- A glass of warm water with lemon, carrot or tomato juice to keep herself hydrated with two apricots and eight raisins soaked in water overnight. Raisins are good for your health! Raisins protect your white smile and glowing eyes! That’s the secret of Dia Mirza’s cute smile! Even you should also try having raisins that are soaked in the water overnight because vitamin A in raisins is the best thing for the vision of the eyes!
Breakfast- Dia Mirza takes very simple and light breakfast, a bowl of cereal/porridge with a slice of multigrain toast and a glass of fresh fruit juice.
Lunch- Dia Mirza eats a bowl of dal, a bowl of vegetables with two multigrain chapatis or one bowl dalia or one bowl khichdi. She eats South Indian if she is shooting, idli with coconut chutney.
