These are the best exercises you can try to get the perfect arms, shoulders and slim shape back. For this, you can try any of these aasans easily. here are the 3 aasans Naukaasana (boat pose), Shalabhasana (Half-Locust Pose), Viparita Shalabhasana (Superman Pose).
Naukaasana (boat pose)
First lie down on your back and keep your arms straight and feets straight and together! Then slowly breath in, and when you are breathing in, same time raises up your chest, hands and legs. This you have to do in the shape of the boat. Try this exercise slowly and gently! You really need to concentrate on this exercise as your eyes position, hands and legs should be totally straight!
Keep breathing in and out, you can try this posture for 2 to 3 times. And when you are done, slowly release your body and come back to the ground and relax!
Shalabhasana (Half-Locust Pose)
First lie down on your stomach, with hands straight, the chin should touch the ground and feets should be straight. With this posture, now start raising up your chest, chin and the first right leg up from the ground, then the second leg after the first one. While doing this exercise, keep inhaling and exhaling the breaths. You can repeat this exercise for 3-4 times. and then come back to your normal position.

Viparita Shalabhasana (Superman Pose).
You need to lie down on your stomach, both the hands in the forward position and legs together. First relax your body and then inhale, while inhaling, slowly raise up your chin, chest, both the arms forward and legs stretched out as if you are flying in the air! Keep still and inhale then exhale the breaths. After completing this, you can come back to the ground!

Right to left, then left to right, then again come back to the right to left. You can try this process for 15 to 20 minutes.
