Meditation is known to be one of the hardest mindful exercises which exist. But, don’t worry! We’ll cut down this amazing gift of God into small pieces which can also make you a meditation guru. All you need to do is, follow the principle mentioned below.

Find a noise free zone

If you want to do meditation inside your house, then you need to find a place which is noise free. Meditation will not work if you’re practicing it in a noisy background. Only highly trained professionals can perform meditation in such an atmosphere.

So, this is what you need to ensure as meditate for beginners. Also, make sure that the environment is clean.

Take a bath and cleanse yourself

You can’t sit on a mat and start meditating like that. You need to have a clean body and you must have clean clothes put on yourself. Imagine you’re into the core of meditation after 2 hours of continuous sitting and suddenly your back starts itching. Your entire focus would shift from your Chakras to the part where it’s itching.

So, before you learn how to meditate for beginners, make sure you take a proper bath. It’s going to help you perform better. It would be better if you take a cold water shower. It’s going to bring the energies reverberating back to the universe.

Sit down in this posture

The first actual step when you want to know how to meditate for beginners is to sit down and cross your legs. Keep your posture straight. If your back aches by making it straight, then try to come back in shape slowly and slowly.

Face Posture

Now that you’re sitting comfortably well. Put your chin up and close your eyes, slowly. Make sure your chin is at 90 degrees with your body and 180 degrees with the ground. So, now all you have to do is sit straight and keep your head straight.

Don’t tilt your face or sit exhaustedly. Just sit straight and keep the same with your face. Also, if you keep this continued in your normal life as well, then you won’t have to look for any orthopedic doctors.

Hand movements

Your hands should be fixed with your knees. Put them on your knees and touch your index finger with your thumb. Now that you have done that, also make sure that your hands are not folding. Your elbows must be straight. Your hands must be in the outside position and not the inside.

This lets you absorb the positive energies from the environment and you start radiating the same.

Set a timer

Get an alarm clock and set an alarm after the next 10 minutes. Now, start meditating.

You need to focus on your breathe and along with that start focusing on the portion between your eyebrows. Now, it’s going to depend on you that how much time you take in this process. After some time, shift your concentration from eyebrows to your throat. Then come down and down. This would help you at connecting with your Chakras.
