A very commonly known example of this can be comfort eating, when you might have had a bad day and decide you are going engorge yourself in junk foods to try to make yourself feel better. It is always easy to tell people to let go of their negative emotions and to try being more positive, but it truly is a good step to try take in helping you deal with the different problems you encounter.
Sentimentality and attachment can force us to hold on to some very obscure objects that most likely will never get used in our lifetime and just takes up space. As the year comes to a close it’s good to clear out unnecessary things taking up space in our homes and make room for the new. When you realise how much space you create, you’ll make room for new positive items you want to bring into your life. Often, it’s good to reward yourself by treating yourself perhaps shop for sneakers, get yourself a new gadget or some sort of beauty product. If you find yourself getting rid of a few pairs of old shoes a good treat would definitely be something like a pair of Givenchy sneakers. This way, you’ll have one favourite item and less clutter in your home.

It can be easy to get stuck in the same patterns and routines day after day we find ourselves craving new forms of excitement. It’s important we commit ourselves to new things and really get out of the comfort zone.
