Miss Universe 2021 Third Runner Up From India – Adline Castelino!

If you’ve read our recent blog on Miss Universe 2021 Title Winner, Andrea Meza from Mexico, you’d be surprised to know that an Indian also gave a tough challenge to her. Feel proud as the next contestant who we are going to talk about Adline Castelino, the third runner up for Miss Universe 2021 title.

Born on 24th July, 1998, Adline Castelino is a 22 year old model who comes from an Indian family based out of Mumbai. She spent a major part of her life in Kuwait.

Adline Castelino, Miss Universe 2021 third runner up has black hair with brown eyes that you’d get lost into. Adline Castelino made it into Miss Universe in the year 2021 after Celina Jaitely made it to the place in the year 2001. Adline Castelino is quite vocal about issues related to gender inequality, farmers’ suicide, acceptance of the LGBT community, and more.

It took Adline Castelino a series of other contests to make it to the finale of Miss Universe 2021.

These two were the contests in which Adline Castelino, Miss Universe 2021 third runner up took part. She had won the title for Miss Diva 2020 and then finally went to the Miss Universe 2021 event in which she secured the third runner up.

She was also seen in the 2021 song, Mere Dil Vich by Arjun Kanungo ft. Tanzeel Khan; and 2019 song, Tere Bina by Shreyas Dharmadhikari. Isn’t it just surprising how much effort she has put into with some of the best artists from other industries?

Adline is quite active on her social media platforms as well, making the most out of them. She is quite vocal about what needs to be praised and what should be talked about. Her twitter account isn’t just filled with her gorgeous pictures, but her beautiful thoughts which have the capacity to lighten up anyone’s day.

Adline went to her Instagram and wrote her heart out, and this is what she said, “If I could pen down this feeling without getting overwhelmed about how I felt as I stood there witnessing people around the world cheering , flags waving high and even if I missed seeing. I felt like I was home. I thought of you India and what we are going through.The love that people give you when they are hurting themselves is the purest form of love one can experience. I’m grateful to you that at a young age I have experienced that and if I could only show you what I saw that day! I saw hope, a hope that will be ours soon.”

The 69th edition of Miss Universe 2021 was held on this Sunday, 16 May, 2021. The program was organized at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Los Angeles, after getting it postponed from the last year because of the covid19 pandemic situation.
